news from the doc!

So I went to the doctor this afternoon and got some good news. First we heard the heartbeat. The baby was moving around so much that it was hard to find at first. In the hoslital they had been finding they had been finding the heartbeat low. And that was just 4 days ago but today she found it right at my belly button. Also the baby kept kicking the doppler. The rate was in the 160's. We talked to the doctor and he said that things seemed to be going really well and that we didn't need an ultrasound and that we didn't need to come back for 2 weeks. But I begged him for an ultrasound and he said that it would be ok. So we had one. The baby looked great! The baby was standing on it's head with bottom in the air. lol So we couldn't tell the sex once again. We go back on August 4th and have our 20 week ultrasound and doc's appt. And we are really excited because we were able to switch doctor's. So overall a good day. We feel at ease some because apparently the bed rest is working. Here is a pic we got today. Like I said the baby is on it's head...lol
